On 29 November 2020, the Victorian Government announced an extension to the previous Home Builder Grants it had in place until 31 March 2021.
Some key dates in relation to the grants are set out below:
4 June 2020 – 31 December 2020: enter into a contract to build or renovate between these dates to be eligible for the $25,000.00 grant.
1 January 2021-31 March 2021: enter into a contract to build or renovate between these dates to be eligible for the $15,000.00 grant.
14 April 2021: regardless of when you signed your contract, it must be submitted by this date unless an extension is granted by the Victorian Government leading up to this date.
